Ich habe eine lange Email an den Support mit diversen Printscreens und Lizenzfiles gesendet. Die Kurzwort vom Support, dass ich es hier Posten soll. Also wieder mal ein Support der keiner ist, schade. Ich versuche mal ein Copy paste, falls ihr die Printscreens nicht seht und die Lizenzfiles möchtet dann findet ihr alles in der Inbox von support@asg.com, ich mache wirklich nicht gerne alles doppelt, schongar nicht nachdem mir nach einem Anruf bei ASG gesagt wurde ich soll eine Email schreiben!
Im Juni (siehe Rechnung und Lizenzfile) habe ich ASG Remotedesktop gekauft. Bis vor ca 3 Tage funktionierte alles einwandfrei. Seit 3 Tage wenn ich ASG starte erscheint dieses Bild:

Klicke ich auf «Import License File» und lade ich die Lizenz, dann stürzt ASG ab:

Da ich mehr als 15 Objekte habe, kann ich meine aktuellen Settings nicht exportieren. Daher habe ich das Programm auch nicht deinstalliert und neu installiert, da ich all meine Settings nicht verlieren möchte.

Ich habe aber heute den neusten Patch2 installiert. Leider hat mir das beim Problem auch nicht weiter geholfen. Wie löse ich das Problem.
