Hi,

It a pre sales issue:

I have installed visionapp but when I try to connect to a server I get the below error message:

The remote computer '192.168.138.1' returned an RDP protocol error (Return code: 516). Windows Sockets connect failed.

Why am I getting it?

Did you try to connect with MSTSC? Your destination computer must have the RDP protocol enabled...

I can connect using mstsc with no problems.

Then you should be able with vRD too...

Did you use the same user account / computer to connect? RDP must be enabled for specific users...
