I was clever and setup a password so when I access Vision app I need to use pwd. Now I have forgotten which pwd I used. Is there a way to recover this pwd or is an uninstall reinstall the only solution?
Then I lose all my server setups I have done....

Do you use vRD in file mode or in database mode?

Open your "settings.xml" file - search for "ProtectionMode" and "ProtectionInfo" - delete both including the data that follows - now you should login without password - but you need to reset all your credential passwords
